With over 25 years of professional experience, Engr. Dr. Kenneth Ikechukwu Nkuma-udah stands at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and education, bridging the gap between clinical needs and digital innovation. As a Clinical Engineer, Software Developer, and Medical Doctor, his mission is to design and implement intelligent healthcare systems that truly work for Africa, in Africa.

He specializes in enterprise software development, AI applications in medicine, and clinical informatics, leveraging advanced development models to solve complex problems in healthcare delivery, biomedical engineering, and infrastructure lifecycle management. Over the years, he has completed numerous projects, from web and mobile applications to cross-platform and desktop software solutions, designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility across healthcare.

As Chairman of the Council for the College of Biomedical Engineering and Technology (CBET), he led initiatives that shaped a 10-year Memorandum of Understanding with COREN focused on strengthening biomedical engineering education and professional standards in Nigeria.

His ongoing focus is to advance biomedical engineering organisations, promote AI-driven expert systems in clinical practice, and foster collaboration across academia and industry. Passionate about developing software principles and processes that reflect Africa’s unique context, he continues to drive forward-thinking solutions through ABC INFOMED, where client satisfaction and long-term innovation define success.

He is open to collaborations and partnerships that advance medical technology, AI research, and healthcare innovation across Africa and beyond.
